I’M HONOURING SOMEONE SPECIAL TO ME BY SUPPORTING ANIMALS IN NEED.
In honouring Jelena's beloved fiancé Sean, the City has set up this In Memoriam page for City staff who would like to donate and help RSPCA WA to continue to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome WA animals in need.
Thank you for being there for Jelena and for supporting her through this tough time.
Her fiancé, Sean was a passionate supporter of the RSPCA and Jelena would prefer a donation to them instead of receiving flowers.
